Parvane · AI Operations for Rentals & Stays in Japan
پروانه
Every guest answered,in every language.
Parvane builds AI operations for Japan's vacation rentals and property managers. Guests and tenants get answers in their own language at any hour, and owners read their reports in theirs. Your team keeps the work only people can do.
Guest Messaging AI · After-Hours Reception · Move-in Automation · Owner Reports
“Hi, sorry. The door code isn't working for room 204.”
Parvane AI · Voice“No problem, I can fix that right now. I have sent a fresh code to the phone number on your booking. Please try it while I stay on the line.”
The Method
How it works
Every engagement follows one cycle. It compounds. Each freed hour funds the next.
There's a task in your week you do with a small sigh. Every week, same sigh, for years.
Sighing at it was never going to remove it. Neither was working harder around it.
Removing it is our whole job.

What we build
Guest & Tenant Messaging AI
An AI agent that answers booking questions, requests, and complaints in the writer's own language, and hands off to your team in Japanese the moment a human should step in.
After-Hours AI Reception
The midnight call about a lost key gets answered by a voice agent that speaks the caller's language, logs the whole exchange, and wakes a person only when something truly needs one.
Move-in & Move-out Automation
Contracts, house rules, and utility guides are prepared in the tenant's language and delivered on schedule, with every confirmation tracked so nothing arrives unread.
Bilingual Owner Reports
Monthly reporting generated from the management systems you already run, in the owner's language, so they understand their own property without waiting for a translation.
Automated Lease Creation
Lease and renewal documents assembled from your tenant data, bilingual where the tenant needs it, arriving ready for review instead of retyping.
Listing & Guest Content
Listing visuals, seasonal updates, and review responses produced with the same AI craft that built this site.
The cost of friction
Friction is costing you roughly ¥1,950,000 a year. The audit finds exactly where.
Your numbers only. Nothing is stored.
Why Parvane
Principles, not promises
No borrowed logos, no invented numbers. Four commitments govern every engagement, and together they are how Parvane helps: evidence first, your data and your report in your hands, senior attention throughout.
Measurement
We measure before we build
Every engagement starts with evidence: where the hours actually go across your inquiries, check-ins, and paperwork, and what they cost in attention.
The work rests on numbers you can check.
Data
Your data stays yours
Guest and tenant data is never shared or resold. Automations run inside your property systems, under your accounts.
Nothing leaves your control.
Ownership
You own the report
The audit deliverable is yours to keep, and it is written to build from: the map exists so the change starts in the right place.
Every page of it points at the next build.
Focus
Few engagements, full attention
A small number of clients at a time, so every build gets focused attention from the people who designed it.
Your work is never handed down the bench.

Erfan Atoofi
Founder
Before Parvane, I was the overworked one with manual entry, five jobs at once. I built automation and AI agents to save myself, and they cut my own workload by roughly 90%. Doing the same for other businesses stopped being a side project after that. The freed hours go where they should have been all along: the work that grows the business.
The Founder
The operator behind Parvane
Erfan Atoofi founded Parvane personally, and he is not a career engineer. He is an operator who builds with AI. He spent two years building automations for a Japanese real estate company, close enough to the work to watch where the hours actually went, and that experience became Parvane's method: read a company closely, find the doors where automation pays, and build through them.
The name he chose carries the same conviction. Parvane (پروانه) is Persian for butterfly, and also a license: a permission to operate. Transformation, and the responsibility that comes with being trusted to run part of someone's operations, both readings at once. Parvane is independent, an Invictus Capital LLC company based in Okinawa, and the work now points where that experience runs deepest: AI operations for the people who run Japan's rentals and stays, one team from first sketch to running system.
هر روز، یک قدم به سوی ساختن چیزی ماندگار
Every day, one step toward building something that lasts.
Questions
We have done this work by hand. Before Parvane existed, its founder spent two years inside Japanese property operations, and the systems he built himself then are still running today. We are not a chatbot vendor who discovered hospitality last quarter; what we bring you is the change we already made for ourselves.
If a guest waited overnight for an answer this month, or someone on your team translated the same house rule for the third time, you are ready. The audit exists to turn that feeling into numbers.
Change you can feel in your week. The audit produces a written map of your knot, every workflow traced and weighed by what it costs you, but the map is not the point: it exists so the building starts in the right place, and the first strand comes loose soon after.
It depends on the size of the system, but most projects have a running system inside four to six weeks. The map lands first, and building starts where it points.
A few focused conversations and a look at how the work is actually done. Most of the mapping happens on our side; your team keeps working.
Because a tool is not a system. A tool waits for someone to remember it; a system carries the work by itself. We build inside your real workflow, then hand over properly: written guides, real training, and practice, until your team runs it with confidence.
Neither. We build on what you already run, including your property management system, channel manager, and phone line. A new tool enters only when the audit proves it earns its place, and we maintain what we ship.
It stays in your systems: never shared, never resold, running inside your accounts under your access controls, with an NDA signed on request and your data excluded from AI training wherever the provider allows it.
The agents we deploy answer guests and tenants in more than 15 languages and escalate to your team in Japanese. Parvane itself works natively in Japanese and English: the same system can write a formal Japanese letter in the morning and an English owner report in the afternoon.
